CANCELLATION POLICY

At Skin Deep by Xena, we understand things happen in life, it gets busy and we have to rearrange our plans. However, if an appointment is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to your appointment, you will remain responsible for the full appointment. If you're unable to make your appointment, you must re-book for another date. 

NO SHOWS
If you NO SHOW, your payment will be held and not applied to future service(s). All retainers, sales and services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this agreement. This also applies to PAID IN FULL services.

SERVICE GRACE PERIOD
Waxing services: 5-minute grace period.
Facial services: 15-minute grace period.

SAME DAY RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

Original booking times will be charged as scheduled. If we cannot offer the treatment due to a conflict in time, then the 100% amount will be taken and you will have to re-book an appointment. If you need to reschedule & we have an opening for a different time within the same day, no extra charge. Note that the value of the rescheduled same day appointment must be equal to or greater than that of the original service booked. No substitutions.

IN PERSON CONSULTATIONS

 A 90-minute slot is already carved out for in-person consultations (Meet with me) as we agree on a service within the same day. In the event we're able to perform the service within the 90-Minute time slot allotted or the same-day, the $50 retainer will go towards the service. All agreements, sales, and services are final.

WEDDING SERVICES

Payments is are due in full one month before the event date. If the event  date is booked less than 2 months prior, the total balance is due at the time of booking. If the client has an uncollected balance on the upcoming wedding day, services will NOT be rendered to the client. This is also included in the wedding service agreement.

CONVENIENCE FEES

All transactions processed by card will occur a small 2.9% processing fee for retainers, memberships, payment plans, and remaining balances. All sales are taxable
