Booking Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Skin Deep by Xena, we understand things happen in life, it gets busy and we have to rearrange things. However, if an appointment is cancelled at short notice (24 hours or less) before your appointment time then you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment. This will be added to your next appointment when booked, no refunds. If you need to reschedule and we have an opening for a different time within the same day, no extra charge. We will allow reschedules for up to two weeks. Consultations go towards services only if the TIME is available to perform the same day. Consultations already have a 90 minute window if you wish to receive a service same day.
Appointments,retainers, and memberships are non-transferable and non refundable. Special promotions cannot be used on rescheduled, cancelled, or existing appointments.
NO SHOW POLICY
The appointment time that is booked is specially reserved for you. If you're unable to make your appointment then we kindly ask that you let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time so this time slot could be available to other clients. If you do not show up or let us know that you cannot make the appointment than you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost for missing the appointment and is non refundable. Skin Deep by Xena will not take any further bookings from the client until the remaining balance has been paid. Retainers are non refundable if you cannot make the appointment & you will need to re-book for another date.
LATE ARRIVALS
All services have an allotted time depending on the treatment. This also applies to makeup appointments. If you're running late we may not be able to accommodate you for your full time or treatment. If this is the case, then we can sometimes offer a shorter treatment time but you may still be charged for the original booking time. If we cannot offer the service due to time, then the 50% retainer will be taken and your appointment will be rescheduled.
WEDDING SERVICES
Payments is are due in full one month before the event date. If the event date is booked less than 2 months prior, the total balance is due at the time of booking. If the client has an uncollected balance on the upcoming wedding day, services will NOT be rendered to the client. This is also included in the wedding service agreement.
CONVENIENCE FEES
All transactions processed by card will occur a small 2.9% processing fee for retainers, memberships, payment plans, and remaining balances. All sales are taxable
